What it costs
We invest in your home before we earn a cent.
No setup fee and no design fee. Before any fee starts, we study your competition, design the home, order everything, run the install, take the photos and rewrite the listing. Our fee only starts once your relaunched home is booking.
Your only upfront costs are the furnishings and the install crew, both at cost. You approve the budget first, get every receipt and get back anything unspent. Everything we buy stays with your home.

I'm Cameron. I've lived in San Diego for 20 years, and I'm a licensed California Realtor. I design every home I take on. I'm there for the install, for all the photos, I set the prices, and I answer the guests.
There's no account manager between us. When you text me about your place, you get the person who designed it and knows what booked last weekend.
A decade in emergency medicine taught me to stay calm and handle the details, and that's most of this job.
